Those of us within the evolving Distance Learning phenomena must be committed to continual evaluation of the quality and quantity of learning experiences and outcomes. We must ensure relevance, motivation, and adaptation to the learner and real world needs. We must employ best practices and effective tools to assess, design, disseminate, implement, evaluate and manage learning to meet the needs of the learner in the 21st century. | |||
